StudioDana Content Writing Policy
This policy explains who writes what, what’s included in your plan, and how edits work under our fair-use “limitless edits” promise.
1) Pages
Setup pages (included)
- We’ll write the core website pages for you during setup (based on your business info, services, and tone).
- You’ll review and approve the content before we publish.
New marketing pages (optional, included when requested)
We can also write new marketing pages later, such as:
- Service landing pages
- Location pages
- Campaign pages (seasonal offers, promotions, new services)
How we align edits: if you’re adding a new page or changing an offer, we can also update related sections across the site so everything stays consistent (headlines, CTAs, pricing, service descriptions, internal links).
2) Blogs
Ownership of blog content
- Blog posts must be written by you (or provided by you), because they usually rely on your expertise, opinions, and real examples.
What we can do for blogs (included)
We can help by:
- Editing and aligning your copy (clarity, structure, tone, grammar, calls-to-action).
- Acting as an Editor by selecting and placing suitable images you provide (or images you have rights to use), and making the post look clean and readable.
*Note: We won’t publish blog content without your approval.
3) Unlimited/Limitless Edits — Fair Use Policy
We offer “limitless edits” for ongoing content work, under fair use. Requests fall into four categories:
A) Entire website overhauls (may incur extra charge)
Examples:
- Full site rewrite and restructure
- Rebranding the entire site voice and layout
- Major repositioning (new audience, new offer, new full journey)
Outcome: This may require a new scope and an additional charge.
B) Custom features and components (limited)
Examples:
- New bespoke interactive components (calculators, advanced forms, booking logic)
- New layout modules not in your current build system
- Integrations that require custom development
Outcome: Limited within fair use. If it becomes build-heavy, we’ll quote before proceeding.
C) New pages (unlimited)
Examples:
- New service pages, promo pages, FAQs, landing pages
- Additional standard pages that fit your existing site structure
Outcome: Unlimited, as long as it stays within your plan’s page allowance and site structure.
D) Content updates (unlimited)
Examples:
- Text changes, pricing updates, opening hours
- Swapping images, updating CTAs
- Tweaking sections for clarity and conversion
Outcome: Unlimited.
- Unlimited: C (new pages) and D (content updates)
- Limited: B (custom build work)
- May incur extra charge: A (full overhaul)
4) Approval & Publishing
- Nothing goes live without your approval.
- We’ll share proposed changes (copy and/or page updates), and you confirm before we publish.
- If something is urgent (e.g., incorrect hours/pricing), we can stage a fix quickly, still requiring approval before it goes live.
